By accessing or using SendOverAir (https://access.sendoverair.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and transfer. You agree NOT to use SendOverAir to upload, share, or transmit:
- Executable viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious software scripts (.exe, .sh, .bat, .php, etc.).
- Content that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of access and blacklisting of offending IPs.
3. Ephemeral File Storage & Expiration
SendOverAir is an ephemeral, direct file transfer utility, not a permanent cloud backup solution. All uploaded files are permanently deleted automatically after 1 hour. We are not responsible for loss of files after the expiration period.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
